100% Down Payment to confirm the reservation.  

EARLY CHECK IN (subject to room availability): Php 200/hour

LATE CHECK OUT(subject to room availability): Php200/hour

 CANCELLATION POLICY

To notify the resort of cancellation within the minimum period specified hereunder: 
Low season and High season: 21 days prior to arrival (June 1 to Sept 30; Oct 1 to may 31 (except  peak season date) )
Peak season: 30 days prior to arrival(holy-week, Chinese new year, Christmas season, new year)

In the event of failure to give the required notice for cancellation and reduction in accommodation numbers, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal or same as No show policy.

No show policy
In the event of no show, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal to 100% for the entire value of the bookings.

 ROOM CAPACITY:  good for 2 persons

 Extra person will be charged Php 650 per head (with mattress and free breakfast)

CHILD POLICY: 7 years old and below- free of charge (sharing bed with parents, no breakfast)
